Data Import is "the" new feature of myFuelTax 4.0!
Using Data Import will really streamline your Quarterly Fuel Tax filing. By
data import we mean loading your miles and fuel directly into MyFuelTax from an
outside source.
Already you can import all trip data from myfleetmanager directly into myfueltax
if you have Microsoft Mappoint installed on your computer and you can also
import all the fuel purchases entered in myfleetmanager into myfueltax.
In addition we already offer trip data import from miles in state reports saved as
text files with PC-miler. However, there is much more to come!
We will be offering trip data import for miles in state data generated by other
mapping and routing programs like Promiles and others, you name it! If
your mapping software can create miles in state reports, please send us an
E-mail with a data sample, or contact us.
We will also be offering fuel data import for Fuel purchase data from major fuel
cards. If you can't find the major fuel card you are using in the list from the
Import Fuel Data dialog, please send us one of your data files and we'll gladly
develop it for you at no extra charge.
